    Specifically, nothing I modify in the General Styling tab seems to take affect. That includes colors, fonts, etc.

    Background: this is a WordPress Multisite installation. It was moved to a new web host prior to installing the Enfold and creating the child theme. I was getting a 404 from the custom CSS file under /wp-content/uploads/dynamic_avia/my-theme.css. So I copied that folder over from another site I run, and it loaded successfully with that site’s theme customizations. However changing them in the General Styling tab didn’t work. No error message, not even if I turn on WP_DEBUG. Any toughts?
