    Hi
    i am having difficulty installing the theme

    i tried importing the zip file enfold via the admin panel and got a failure notice.

    i then tried the download which stated wordpress importable files only which was also the zip file and this gave me a wordpress failure notice

    i then tried to upload the files manually through the ftp manager and only some of the file would import.

    can you advise please.

    i really dont want to have to add every file individually i the install should be an easy click via wordporess can you advise asap as my site is now down.

    hi i have solved it you may close the ticket
    my workaround was to import the zip file into my ftp and uzip it in there
