    Dear Sir or Madam,

    unfortunately I have some problems via the installation of the Shop Theme. I have tried to find a solution via your support-site but it doesn’t help.

    So after the installation of the Plug-In Woo-Coomerce with the default „Enfold Theme“ , Than I tried to install the Shop Demo Theme I receive an error (see appendix), I have tried different Themes but it also didn’t work.

    So I have increased the PHP level to maximum as well as tested the different PHP versions but it didn’t work. All the different support options didn’t work.

    I ask for assistance in this case.
