    Hey there,

    when trying to open the Website http://www.seeresidenzen.at it showed me the following warning in red:

    “Warning: require_once(/var/www/vhosts/7/125425/webspace/siteapps/WordPress-14373/htdocs/wp-includes/widgets/class-wp-widget-media-audio.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/www/vhosts/7/125425/webspace/siteapps/WordPress-14373/htdocs/wp-includes/default-widgets.php on line 26 Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/var/www/vhosts/7/125425/webspace/siteapps/WordPress-14373/htdocs/wp-includes/widgets/class-wp-widget-media-audio.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/alt/php56/usr/share/pear:/opt/alt/php56/usr/share/php’) in /var/www/vhosts/7/125425/webspace/siteapps/WordPress-14373/htdocs/wp-includes/default-widgets.php on line 26”

    Now even the warning is gone and it just opens a white page!!

    I assume, that enfold automatically installed a widget which is not compatible with the actual WordPress version!? Do you have any ideas, how to solve this problem and get the page back online? I can’t even log on to my WordPress account anymore…

    Hey Katharina,

    Can you please check the server log for errors? I see that the website is working. Did you manage to fix the issue or do you still need our help?
