    Hi,
    I’ve purchased and downloaded Enfold today and now have problems installing on WordPress. I’ve extracted the download folder to find the correct theme folder to upload. When the files are being exracted I get an error message saying: ‘Confirm Encryption loss’ and ‘Do you want to copy this folder without encryption?’ and ‘A problem is preventing this folder from being encypted’
    I would really appreciate some help with this.

    I should mention also, following extraction the Enfold folder does not have the full list of files and folders that it should have and installation on my WordPress site is failing

    Hey!

    Please try to re-download the theme files from themeforest.net. Maybe your current theme zip file is corrupt. Then use ftp (safest method) to install the theme: https://vimeo.com/channels/aviathemes/64927356
