    Dear tech heroes,
    I have just managed to install a new URL as a test environment.
    I have installed WordPress and now I am trying to install Enfold.
    The customer is bluerootstimber.com, and the test environment is bluerootstimber.nl
    I get a ‘try again’ error when I install the customer’s Enfold theme, I rep-downloaded it from Themeforest, but it keeps giving the same error.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    Did you extract the actual Enfold zip file from the package you downloaded from Themeforest? It’s possible that you’re trying to use the package file directly, which won’t work.

    Hi there Ismael, thanks for the reply, I have downloaded the ‘WordPress installable file only’ file.
    I just downloaded the package and extracted and tried with enfold.zip, same reaction.
    I don’t get it.

    I have a key ending with RcKa. This one I cannot seem to find in my keys in my Envato login somehow.
    Should it be changed into a token?
    I never had this, normally I can start a page with any of my zip files and then purchase the code later on.
    I need to rebuild the site in a ‘construction’ install and the move it over to the main URL.

    Hope to solve this asap.

    Thank you so much.
    Any thoughts on what it was?
    This is the site that is going to go live, it is to have a ‘change environment’ to make the alterations. It will be killed when it is ready and go to bluerootstimber.com, where there is a lot of hassle and code issues.
    I will drop a question on that too.
    Somehow after asking the hosting to transfer it, the website fell into showing awkwardness (menu structure) before they started that.
    When I put an October 10th backup back it will be ok for 1-2 hours and fall back again.
