June 1, 2018 at 1:47 pm #965334Hey soniavoice,
Would you mind providing a precise link to the page, showing the elements in question? We need to be able to inspect them in order to help :)
Best regards,
VinayJune 1, 2018 at 1:55 pm #965346It is in the footer. I trieded also to move it in other place but nothing changes.

NikkoJune 4, 2018 at 3:54 pm #966574Hi soniavoice,
Thanks for the screenshot.
I’m not sure why it’s still not working with your current setup.
Can you give us temporary admin access? so we can try to check your backend.
Just post the login credentials in private content.Regards,

June 5, 2018 at 4:34 pm #967299Hi,
Login credentials did not work for me. Could you please check them once again?
Cheers!
YigitJune 5, 2018 at 4:42 pm #967306Try again please. Probably you didn’t check privacy flag. Now I have just removed it.
June 5, 2018 at 7:34 pm #967402Hi soniavoice,
I have checked it and for some reason it works properly if I use another instagram account to show (screenshot in private content).
However it doesn’t work when I use your instagram account. There’s a new update on Enfold 4.4.1:- fixed: an issue with the instagram widget when set to caching images
You can see the changelog here: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/changelog/
Maybe this will help fix the issue.Best regards,
NikkoJune 5, 2018 at 10:36 pm #967528Enfold 4.4.1has same issue for my website.
June 7, 2018 at 9:03 am #968281Hi soniavoice,
I’m still puzzled why your account isn’t working properly on your site.
If I use it on my local server it does work fine and using another IG account works fine on your site.
Can you give us ftp access? so we can try to debug or try some workarounds.
Just post the details in private content.Best regards,
NikkoJune 7, 2018 at 12:07 pm #968698Hi Nikko ok you can find ftp details in private content.
June 11, 2018 at 3:58 am #970926Hi soniavoice,
Thanks for giving us ftp access, I think the issue is related to the database since nothing is fetched from the database when trying to fetch that specific instagram data but it’s only for that specific data, if you try other instagram account, the data is fetched properly, you can try the username if private content and you should notice it works fine.
Can you try optimizing and repairing the database: https://www.a2hosting.com/kb/cpanel/cpanel-database-features/optimizing-and-repairing-mysql-databases-with-phpmyadmin maybe this will help fix it.
Best regards,
NikkoJune 12, 2018 at 1:10 pm #971660have already optimized database using wp-optimize.
If I try with other instagram Account I have same issue: Instagram did not return a 200.I think I will remove instagram from my website because I can’t understand solution.
