    Hi,

    I recently updated the theme to the latest version however the instagram icon is no longer showing it the top header or footer. It’s just showing a square box instead.

    Can you try to clear your browser cache?
    I have checked it and it shows properly on my end.

    Hi,

    I have cleared my cache multiple times, tried on different browsers and tried on two different computers (mac and pc) as well as my phone and I’m still not seeing the icon.

    Well I don’t know what to say but there is something not working properly if it’s happening on 2 different machines and even different internet providers.

    I’m am using a child theme – could this potentially have anything to do with it?

    I tried to remove instagram and re-add it and this error appeared:

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update and screenshot. I’m not sure why that error message is appearing, but I’m still seeing the Instagram icon in both regular and incognito browsers. Me and Nikko are on different machines and networks too, so I’m not sure how we can reproduce this problem?
