Thanks.July 15, 2018 at 6:25 am #985568Hey ngavy,
It looks like you have two instagram widgets? I’m guessing the theme widget is the one which is not working? If so then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.

July 30, 2018 at 7:21 am #991418Hi,
I would like to debug the issue but I can’t modify the theme files via Appearance > Editor panel. I get an error. Please provide the FTP details in the private field so that we could test the widget.
The same account works when I use it on a widget in my local installation, so a plugin is probably causing the issue.

August 9, 2018 at 10:53 am #995363Hi,
Thanks for the update.
Those were the latest pictures when I uploaded the screenshot (July 30, 2018). We did found out that there is indeed a bug in the widget but we’re still not sure what’s causing it. These are the test results.
– Using your instagram account on our local installation works.
– Using your instagram account on another host works.
– Using the test account @jamie_fashion on your server also works.According to those tests, there’s something in the server, a configuration, that’s causing the widget not to work properly. Unfortunately, we have no idea what it is.
You may need to use the following plugin in place of the theme’s widget, temporarily.
// https://wordpress.org/plugins/instagram-feed/
