April 20, 2019 at 9:18 pm #1092976Hi
I can’t see what you added to the private content, but:
a) A text block will probably escape your Instagram embedding code I guess, means it will just ignore it.
b) Just use the plugin Instagram Feed, it’s super easy to use and works perfectly.Cheers and I hope this helps,
MichaelApril 22, 2019 at 5:38 am #1093235Hi,
Thank you for using Enfold.
Have you tried it on a code block element instead? You can also use the theme’s Instagram widget. Add it in a page using the Widget Area element.
Thank you for the suggestion @michaelH.
Best regards,

Where did you add the instagram widget in the page? Please provide a screenshot of the area or section using imgur or dropbox. Do you see any errors or notification?

There is no error and notification when it happen.April 26, 2019 at 7:36 am #1094630Hi,
The instagram widget is displaying properly on our end. We don’t know why the builder removes the embedded code on update but based on our experience, it is usualy cause by broken markup or html. You should try this plugin instead.
