var captcha = jQuery(“<p data-sitekey=’”+ key +”‘ id=’reCAPTCHAV3’></p>”);Your help is resolving the coding issue is much appreciated.

December 6, 2018 at 12:15 pm #1041602Hi,
Thank you for using Enfold.
We created a plugin version of that script. You can find it here: https://github.com/KriesiMedia/enfold-library/tree/master/customizations/enfold-recaptcha

December 20, 2018 at 10:06 am #1047613Hi,
@farrdesign79: Are you using recaptcha V2?@Nik: Alright. Make sure that you’re using V2 and don’t forget to add your site in the domain list field.
Best regards,
IsmaelJanuary 5, 2019 at 5:51 pm #1050358Ismael: I highly recommend moving to reCAPTCHA v3. Not only does it remove the need for a “Are you a robot?” prompt, it eliminates many of the vulnerabilities that v2 inherently carries and are used to bypass by bots. Contact Form 7 recently updated to v3 support only, and I’ve noticed an instant relief from spam on sites where I’ve performed this update.
Was this change from v2 to v3 already in the works for the reCAPTCHA Enfold plugin? If not, can you say if it will be considered?
Enfold is an incredibly popular theme, and I myself use it for a multisite setup of 16 sites and nearly 100 contact forms. I don’t want to start messing about with third party or separate form authentication plugins if possible, as that’s not a scalable or supportable solution. A native solution to this problem baked in to Enfold is ideal. That being said, in the meantime I’ll take a look at implementing your Enfold reCAPTCHA form plugin and hope it eventually gets upgraded to v3.
January 7, 2019 at 3:24 pm #1050910Hi,
I’ll try to integrate V3 on it but I don’t think this is going to be a part of the core because Kriesi thinks that it will create more complexity for a lot of users. It may take a while but I will leave an update once it’s available.
Best regards,
IsmaelJanuary 15, 2019 at 8:11 pm #1054304Much appreciated. I understand the potential for added complexity, what with users having to sign up for a reCAPTCHA API key, but the steps are fairly simple if you look at it. It’s essentially the same as going to get a Maps API key, if you think about it. I’d be willing to help write up documentation (EN, FR) if this effort is undertaken.
Thanks again for being the best-supported WP theme I’ve ever used. You guys are awesome and your efforts are very much appreciated.
