Hello There,
I want to make my website built on Enfold theme something like below link-:

So I will have my main navigation bar on the top, and under that I want to insert map in full screen as shown in the screenshot above.

Yes, as @lkjc said, please add Google Map element to your page and then choose to display Transparent header – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/intro-to-the-header-configurator/
