Hi,
we have installed LayerSlider WP 5.0.2 with Enfold 4.5 (just updated). I was hoping the update would solve the problem we have. Unfortunately the problem is still there:
After inserting a “Extended LayerSlider” media element and saving the page we only get a black content on this site (needed for Home)
Any ideas how to fix this?Best regards

I was able to reproduce the issue on your site by creating a test page.
A plugin conflict may be one of the reasons for this issue.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to the latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.

I deactivated all plugins including the LayerSlider WP in Plugins folder. When activating the LayerSlider WP I got this error again.
After deactivating the plugin I still have the LayerSlider menu. So I guess the LayerSlider comes directly with the Enfold theme. Is this correct?
If there were no objections I would keep it that way. But there is still one question. An activation isn’t possible because the Slider is bundled with the Enfold theme. So there is also no chance to get the premium feature?Best regards
