    I’m having a strange issue: “Insert picture” button won’t work with the Team Member element, neither allow access to the library. I click the button to add an image and nothing happens. Both WordPress and theme are up to date.

    Hi Danny!

    Can you please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps?

    I did de-activate all plugins but it changed nothing. Also I tried on 4 different browsers with no ad-blocker on, on 2 different computers.

    Hi,

    Please check the test page in the private content. I checked the default team member element that is built into Enfold and inserted the image without any issue.

    I can see you did it and I don’t get it why still I can’t, since I’ve tried all the possibilities, even using the ID I’ve created for you, and another test ID, on other computers, on the test page you created, everything : nothing works. I’m in the dark right now. Please help.
