Hello,
I built a website for a client using Enfold and all is working well except one thing: my client is not able to insert images! When I try (Safari, Chrome), I have no trouble, but when she tries she doesn’t see an insert image button. I’m attaching a screenshot of what she sees when she tries to insert an image – it looks like it takes her straight to the edit image page with no ability to insert. This happens in text boxes and blog pages. The website is running the latest versions of Enfold (3.2.2) and WordPress (4.2.2). She is using google chrome version 43.0.2357.130 (64-bit) and a MacBookPro os.x.yosemite 10.10.3. Thanks for your help!

She is clicking on the “Add media” button correct? That should give her a popup where she can upload more photos or select a photo from the media library.
After she selects what image she wants to use she needs to click on the big blue, “insert into page”, button in the bottom right corner of the popup.
It looks like she is clicking on the “edit image” link instead.

July 2, 2015 at 2:56 am #467316She swears that there is no “insert into page” button visible. I’ve told her where it should be and she says it simply isn’t there! I’ve even sent screen shots with an arrow pointing to where it should be but she says it not not visible when she logs in. Any ideas?

I added a new post called Kriesi test and I added a new image to it and it worked as expected. I’m not sure if she’s using the ALB or default editor when getting this error? Please provide us with a step-by-step on how to reproduce the error.

RikardJuly 9, 2015 at 3:38 pm #470947I haven’t been able to reproduce her error either. She shared her screen with me and we tried it again, and everything worked perfectly. I’m chalking this up to user error. You can mark this as solved.
