Hi,
I tried to change one of my background images on a post and it isn’t responding when I click ‘insert’. I then noticed that the Media Library isn’t showing anything.
I’ve spoken to Siteground (our hosting) and they said that it isn’t a PHP memory issue. I’ve also deactivated all the plugins and the issue is still occuring.
I have a content security policy set and I did wonder if it was that – I changed it to report-only and it didn’t fix the issue but I’m wondering if this could be causing the problem.
Can you help?
Thanks

Thank you for the info.
We tried to login to the site but 2FA is enabled. Please disable 2FA so that we can access the dashboard.

Sorry, it should be disabled now.
It might prompt you to set one up but you should be able to bypass it as there’s a 10-day grace period. Let me know if you’re still unable to login.
Thanks
GrainneJanuary 8, 2025 at 10:25 am #1474822Hi,
Thanks for that. I see that there are error messages related to underscores js which is included in WordPress core, I’m not sure why that is but it’s likely not theme related. If deactivating plugins did not work, then please try to reinstall WordPress to see what happens then. Also please deactivate all security plugin if you haven’t tried that already.
Best regards,
RikardJanuary 8, 2025 at 1:19 pm #1474832Hi Rikard,
I re-installed WordPress and the issue is still there.
I also deactivated all the plugins again, (including the security ones) and the issue is still there.
Thanks
GrainneJanuary 8, 2025 at 1:33 pm #1474833Hi Rikard,
I’ve fixed it. It was a problem with my content-security-policy – I needed to add ‘unsafe-eval’ to the script-src.
Thanks for all your help
