    I have installed Enfold version 4.5.7 on WordPress 5.1.1.
    I am trying to create a homepage hero banner with text overlay so I thought I could try inserting an image with the Insert Theme Shortcode tool.
    In a page editor, at Insert Theme Shortcode > Media Elements > Image, when I click on “insert image”, nothing happens. Please advise, thank you!

    Hey dchambat,

    You could try to use a Color Section element with a background image set to it instead, you can add headers or text in to that element.

    Thanks Rikard. But I would need the Advanced Layout Editor to work first :) It’s in another ticket that I submitted.

    On the same note, several other elements under Content Elements and Media Elements do not work. For example, I’m just trying to add an icon list, but nothing happens when I click ‘Add’ at Content Element > Icon List. There must be a common problem to this!

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update, I think it would be a good idea to fix your first problem first then. Let’s continue in your other thread and we’ll come back to this if it should still be a problem after the other problem is fixed.
