    Hi there!

    I am a web developer who just inherited a site with Advance Page Builder. We can not get a hold of the previous web developer. I have questions but I can’t post in the forum. Is there anything I can do to get access? Thank You!

    For technical support please register here kriesi.at/support/register with your item purchase code .

    Go to https://kriesi.at/support/ select the theme you purchased bookmark the URL.

    Example: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold

    Scroll to the bottom of the page to open a new ticket.

    If you don’t have the purchase code and are not registered at the forum, you’ll need to purchase the license for the theme again.
