hi – i have recently taken over a WP install using Enfold and moved it to my server form the previous host – most things now work fine however – it appears to have Avia Layout Builder installed but when I view pages in admin I don’t see any preview (just a loading icon) – also some of the pages have differing layouts to the original a site eg

I haven’t had much help form the original host/builder so i have no credentials but happy to sign up if need be

RikardI am unable to register for the support forum as unfortunately I do not have access to the Purchase Code – the original developer has this and we are unable to get any info from them so – what happens in this case?
Hi,
Most people in your situation simply purchase a new licence, without access to the purchase code and Themeforest then you can’t get updates unfortunately. I would try to get the info from the developer first, if you can’t then I think buying another license would be your best option.
