We have a problem, we have the latest version of WordPress and the latest version of the ENFOLD template. The problem we have, is that when creating a page, and giving the button update, suddenly everything disappears or much of the content.

Please send us a temporary admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Also please specify on what page you are having this problem and what you are trying to add/edit.

We have bought the ENFOLD template and we have wordpress to the latest version, the problem we have is that when we are editing a page, when we give the update button, the information disappears and there is no way to create the page.

Thanks for the info, when that happens it’s likely due to open HTML markup which breaks the builder and you have some open markup in the Special Heading element on the page:
<span style="color: #4f628c;">PROGRAMA CONSTRUYE TU FUTURO PROFESIONAL2Try changing it to this instead:
<span style="color: #4f628c;">PROGRAMA CONSTRUYE TU FUTURO PROFESIONAL2</span>Or simply remove the markup and it should start working after that.
