Andrea
GuestHello, I have a website with wordpress 4.9.10 and I’m about to update it to version 5.2.2. I would like to change the theme and I like very much your Enfold but first I wanted to ask you some information:
1) My actual theme utilizes redux framework and a dozen plugins (including revolution slider and cf7), do I have to disable all the plugins before installing your theme? my plugins could block the correct installation of Enfold?
2) Since I have several articles on the blog page that use nextgen gallery, if I leave the plugin active the pages would continue to show the galleries?
3) About GDPR, can I full personalize your Cookie consent bar? Because I use only google analytics with anonymized IP e not sharing data so I don’t need consent and I don’t want to show a consent bar.Thank You very much.

Thanks for reaching out and for your interest in Enfold.
1. I’m not familiar with the that framework unfortunately, how exactly is your theme using that? You shouldn’t have to disable any plugins, but there is a problem at the moment with Revolution Slider.
2. I can’t see any reason why that should not work, but there could be conflicts. It’s very difficult to say if it’s not actually tested on your site.
3. Yes, you can customise the cookie consent bar under Enfold->Privacy and Cookies.
To avoid any problems on your live site, I would suggest that you try out the theme on a staging version of the site first to see if you run into any problems.
Best regards,

GuestHi Rikard, I decided to save what I need and reinstall my site from scratch. So I’m thinking of Enfold, because it’s really complete. Do you support from Austria? What are your schedules?
Thank You very much.July 23, 2019 at 11:01 pm #1121312Hi,
We support from many areas worldwide. The schedules vary but you can expect to have a response to requests within 12 – 24 hours in most cases.
Best regards,

GuestHello, sorry but I wanted to ask you some clarification about GDPR and your Privacy and Cookies tool inside Enfold.
If I understand correctly, enfold manages webfonts, analytics, maps or videos cookies?
I believe I will use only google analytics with anonymized IP e not sharing data so I don’t need consent and I don’t want to show a consent bar, as I saw I can completely disable consent bar. Right?
But with Google maps? I need that and I have to insert my API key to show my position. Do I need to insert a consent checkbox or just enter your shortcode [av_privacy_google_maps] in the privacy policy so that the user can disable the cookie?
