Inconsistent animation of images/blurry images

Two issues please:

1) On this page, https://www.congletonlumber.com/products/productvendor-links/ when one mouses over the logos, some of them are animated and some are not. But when I check the settings, they all appear to have the same settings. To test, I tried duplicating a column in which the image is animated and then replaced the image to see if the new one also is animated, but it is not. I also have compared the code for the text blocks and the image types but cannot find a common thread or setting that helps me change the behavior so they are all animated.

2) On this page, https://www.congletonlumber.com/home/our-team/, the images are blurry – not nearly as crisp as the original images. I realize there will be some degradation of images from the high res to the web formats. But I’m wondering how best to fix this. I have used the Image module and the Team Member module but the images seem to be most crisp when I use the Text Block module instead of the other two. Not sure why that would be. The uploaded images are 350pixels by 350 pixels, the same size as they are displayed (I think) on the page. So I don’t think that’s the issue.

Any suggestions for either issue?
