Incompatibility

hello I have a problem with my theme I have an incompatibility with a video plugin and suddenly I have a problem of display and on the search console a server error 5xx.
I just noticed that my video pages are no longer displayed on any medium. The plugin tells me about a bug. when I touch the smartphone screen I see my videos in the background here is the message received from your plugin: a critical error has occurred on your site. Please check your site administration email inbox for more information.

At first, this is not an issue that comes from our plugin. When visiting our single video page http://www.clapdrone.fr/videos/chevrerie-de-gouaux/, I just see a preloader and it doesn’t hide even after the content is loaded. So, I tried disabling the “Page preload” setting from your theme options here http://www.clapdrone.fr/wp-admin/admin.php?page=avia and this solved the issue.

But, I see the layout is collapsed. Kindly look at the attached screenshot that I see when investigating the above page source, I found a duplicate “HTML” element inside the content BODY which is unusual. Also, the HTML element adds some styles that are responsible for the page collapse. Did you override any of your theme functionalities that must cause this issue?

If not, please try disabling your plugin one by one to find which causes this issue.

In case the issue remains, then this must be from your theme itself. Our videos belong to a Custom Post Type “aiovg_videos (videos)”. I guess your theme has issues handling custom post type pages. Please contact your theme author and report them about this issue.

Regarding the error message “A critical error has occurred on your site. Please check your site administration email inbox for more information.”,

The message is generic and not specific to our plugin. May be triggered because of some other compatibility issues that occur on our custom post type page. Let us wait for a reply from your theme author.
