Tagged: search, variable product
Hello, is there a way to include the names of product variations in search results? For example, if you have the following:
Men’s Shirt (Variable)
– Blue Men’s Shirt (Variation)
– Red Men’s Shirt (Variation)
Women’s Shirt (Variable)
– Blue Women’s Shirt (Variation)
– Red Women’s Shirt (Variation)
If you search for “shirt”, you will get both “Men’s Shirt” and “Women’s Shirt.” However, if you search for “blue”, you will get nothing, because those items are children of the master variable product. Can this be done? I would appreciate any help or comments. Thank you!
Hey Jay,
Try this plugin to accomplish this: https://br.wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-woo-search/
