Include Product Tags in Search Results

Hi guys,

how can I include product tags into the search?
I already read this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/added-tags-to-search-results/
But that’s from 2 years ago and it’s not update safe.

Is there a way to do this in our child theme so it stays in place even after updating?
Or is there a third party plugin you recommend?
