Hi,
I am setting up a wordpress site for my friend (Michael) and I purchased the Incarnation theme from Themeforest. After I installed it, I realized it would be too hard for my friend to navigate and manage. I myself would be able to do it but in the long run he is the one to manage it. Before purchasing the theme, there was no way of telling what the backend would look like. I thought it would be similar to another theme I had purchased in the past. He needs something very simple to work with. Would you please kindly refund me for the purchase?

Since purchase and download processes are managed by Envato, you would need to request refund from them and then they will forward your request to us.
