    Hi. Since I install WPML, we got a problem with page uploading, especially on the english version. We ask WPML and after 3 days, they expect that the problem cause by Enfold.

    Here the problem : When we upload twice the page, old trunk version of the page are showing, erasing all of the new addition to the page. Here a video of the problem occur : see private content

    Hi Rikard. Thank you for your help. Here the info. Please be careful with the English update of the front page. I think something wrong with the code behind the editor. We ask WPML and after tests, they want to check that situation with you. To repeat the problem, try to click Update “Mise a jour” 2 or 3 times … you will see the problem. The page trunk in middle and an old trunk version appears.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the details, I’m not sure which page you are having problems on anymore though since the ‘home’ page doesn’t exist anymore? I checked home4 but it doesn’t look the same. Anyway, the problem you are having is 99.9% likely to be caused by open html markup (it breaks the builder) which I can see that you have added here and there. Could you try to recreate the page without adding any strong tag etc and verify that everything works, then you can start adding the bold text. Make sure you update frequently to see if anything breaks.

    Hi. I have the problem with the home3 page, taht is configure to be the Main english page. I cannot find the open markup html because the default editor mode show me a blank screen … maybe is one of the problem. I give you a new password to access the site in Private Content. I show you a print screen. I cannot see the code under the builder.

    Hi,

    I’m not asking you to edit the shortcode, what I’m trying to say is that there is most likely open markup added to one of the elements on your page using the builder. For instance; you add a Special Heading element with the text ‘Hello’. After that you wrap the text in strong tags to make it bold: 

    <strong>Hello</strong>

    That is what I’m asking you to investigate/check or remove altogether in order to find what markup is breaking the page. Could you try to have a look please?
