    Hello,

    I bought your Theme Enfold about 2 months ago.

    I’m supposed to have support having paid, the only thing you offer is a forum, no email and no one to answer our questions.

    I’ve already had to pay several people to intervene on the site and solve problems with the Theme, because it was impossible to get in touch with the support of the Theme I paid for, I don’t find that normal.

    I’m having a problem that I can’t find the solution to. I need the license key for the LayerSlider plugin, which is integrated into the Theme, but I can’t get my hands on it.

    Please put me in touch with a competent support person. I’m wasting a lot of time and money on little things that could be fixed quickly.

    Thanks for contacting us!
    And yes, we only offer the support forum for our support.

    What you get from Enfold is a bundled version of Layerslider which does not include a license.
    You will have to purchase layerslider separately in order to access its premium features.
