    Hello,

    I can’t connect to the forum anymore since 2 days. I tried on Firefox, Google Chrome and Safari… I see the url changes when I try to connect : https://kriesi.at/support/?login_error

    Is there something wrong with the forum or with my account ?

    Hi Mederic!

    Sorry to hear that you are having issues.

    Other users have not reported such issue so i am guessing the issue is on your end. Can you please try opening a new tab in incognito/private mod and try again?
    If you would like us to reset your forum logins, we can do so if you post your purchase code in private content field.

    Thank you for the quick reply. I just find out why it was not working.. I recently changed my email address in my profile but I was still loggin in with the old email address… Now it works!
