I create a new api key, but i cant update.

Sorry for the problems, could you try to install this plugin and upload the theme .zip file which you can download from your Themeforest account please? https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/.
If that doesn’t work then please post admin WordPress login details and FTP login details in private so that we can update for you. Please make sure to have proper backups of your site in case something should go wrong.
