Just purchased this theme today!Hi,
Defining a higher memory limit in WordPress and if possible increasing the memory on the hosting server should resolve this issue.
To increase the WordPress memory limit please access wp-config.php file and add the below line
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');For a detailed explanation please check this link http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
and you can contact your service provider to increase the memory limit.Best regards,
BasilisHello I talked with my provider, the ram is 256, thats not the problem. Can you perhaps login and check what is the probelm?

I get the same problem when I try to import a demo on your site. The error is a 500 internal server error on admin-ajax.php. Could you try to import the demo manually please? You will find instructions in private.

I downloaded the demo content (I uploaded it for you to mega for you: https://mega.nz/#!JdNUgKgY!tj5S3tjFjfOtgSZsEqkWiKHUAsFAUXqdnhJg7ADtIGo) and imported it with the plugin WordPress importer. I followd you description. It tried to import but did at the end not worked. I waited 2 min, after that the page was blank and nothing was imported. Please can you import the contant.

Where is the site hosted? Some servers are not compatible with the default WP importer so you may need to import the demo on a local installation first before transferring it to the live site. You can use the following plugin.

You can also try the demos’ xml files.
