    Hi there,
I want to import a fontello font .zip file that has some additional graphics that i would like to use….but when i attempt to import the .zip file it says “Please upload a valid zip file. You can create the file on fontello.com”.

Now iv tried changing the name of the zip file….no luck. I defiantly downloaded the file from fontello.com also.
Do you know what the issue is and is there a fix??

    Many thannks!
    B

    Hi mstewar22!

    Thank you for using Enfold.

I’m sorry but you can’t add additional custom graphics. You can only use fonts available on fontello.com.

    Regards,
    Ismael

    Hi!

Are they svg files uploaded to fontello or icon fonts available on the site? Just for reference, this is the same steps you tried except at the upload step it fails http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/adding-your-own-icon-fonts/ ?

    Cheers!

    Hi Devin,

Thank you for replying. Yes, exactly the same steps. To the letter.
It just seems really weird and cant work out what the issue is. They are icon fonts from Fontello…i haven’t uploaded any custom design to them at all.

    Thanks
    Ben

Can you post the font file you are trying to use on dropbox or something like that. Then provide admin credentials to your site here as a private reply.

We’ll be able to log in and test things out to see whats going on from there.

Ok, i’ll get on that now for you, sorry about the delay.

    Thanks

    Hey!

    Thank you for the info.

The problem is you’re using a very old version of the theme, 2.6.2. Please download the latest version 2.9.1 from your themeforest account then update the theme via FTP. Please refer to this link for more info: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Note that some elements of the theme might break after the update so you have to update or create them from scratch.

    Cheers!
    Ismael
