Hi, When importing the Enfold 2017 demo data, I always get an error message. WP Database reset, all plugins deactivated, upload_max_filesize = 500M, it still doesn’t work. I also tried an XML import, unfortunately without success. Please help. Thanks.

Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?
What hosting provider are you on?
Best regards,

Thank you.
Some hosting providers have the secure PHP options activated.
These advanced settings will probably need to be looked at by your web host,
if “allow_url_fopen, “allow_url_include” and “register_globals” are “off” try turning these “on”.Best regards,
VictoriaFebruary 23, 2021 at 8:39 pm #1283224Perfect, thank you Victoria!
I was now able to import the demo. Can I run into problems again while using Enfold if I reactivate the standard secure php options?
February 23, 2021 at 9:07 pm #1283242Hi Bike-Ranch,
Only if you want to import another demo, but other than that you can have them activated now.
If you need further assistance please let us know.
Best regards,
