    I set up a working subdomain to learn enfold.
    I installed the theme and enfold child theme. I loaded dummy data (import)
    and the menu collapsed.

    What should I do?

    My objective is to replace the old at-connect page

    Hi!

    That’s a known bug that will be fixed in the next update. In the meantime you’d need to go to Appearance > Menus, and create a new menu.
