    I am trying to import dummy data for my new site, however it keeps on coming up with the error message:

    ” Importing didn’t work. You may want to try reloading the page and trying again ”

    I have tried this several times and I have tried reloading Enfold but nothing works.

    I need to get this resolved quickly as I have a lot of work to do on my new website. Please can you assist.

    Hi I am running out of patience with the lack of response. I (mistakenly) chose your theme on the basis that good support was provided and I am getting no resolution or response. If you are unable to sort this out, I have no confidence in your product and would like my money back now.

    Please try to increase the allocated memory to 128M: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
    You can contact your service provider and they can do it for you.
