    Hello,
    so this is the 3rd license I use for the theme Enfold but first time trying to use the Import option for the theme Enfold 2017,
    Every time I try to import I get the error Importing didn’t work, i increase the size of the memory in my hosting but still have the same error,
    please advice

    Rikard,
    i follow your instructions but I get a message saying this media already exist, so if the files are there I guess is missing a setup to show the demo page?

    Please advice

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    You have to reset the database before attempting another demo import. This plugin should help you reset the previous data.

    Thank you for your help.
    I was able to import the demo manually after resetting the data
    The only problem I see is in the Layer Slider, the theme doesn’t activate this plugin? do I have to purchase separate this license?
    I tried to activate the plugin with the theme license but didn’t work
    Please advice

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    You have to disable the theme’s default layer slider configuration in the Enfold > Layout Builder > “Integrated (Bundled) LayerSlider Plugin” settings. Set it to the second option.
