Importing Demo doesn't work, neither with WordPress Import Tool

Hey guys,
So I’m trying to import the Enfold 2017.
Both via the ThemeOptions and the regular Import tool from WordPress gives the same error:
I installed WordPress-Reset and activated it, tried again – no change.
The error:

EDIT : After 20 attempts, I still get the error,
but somehow the information was imported.

Any idea what was causing this?

In the same time, Will it be possible this way to let’s say,
Export somehow an entire wordpress website I did with Enfold,
and import it to a new website?
Basically so I can have my own template within Enfold to start with ?
