    Hi,

    i have try to import demo into 2 separate web host.
    see private content

    the color section cant seems to load the vimeo and youtube video as background like in demo website

    please advise

    Hi Basilis,

    The problem here is that the video is not loading at all
    i try alot of different youtube links

    and all the content in the color section is not showing

    ok here is the login for both accounts,

    importing demo does not seems to work, you can remove and add pages, it is a demo site thanks

    Hi,

    Please update the theme to the latest version. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)

    To update to the latest version follow the simple instructions here. (Or if you want the super detailed explanation you can read this blog post)

    If that does not help, feel free to reply here and we will take a closer look at the issue. In that case please also add your WordPress login credentials (in the “private data” field) so we can take a look at your admin area

    I have updated enfold to the latest version and reset the database and re import the demo
    still not working

    the color section background is not loading the YouTube video
    and many blank spaces at the home page

    Hi,

    your background video is loading fine for me. I tried different youtube link inside your color section. Please clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times. Also check on another computer.

    Admin access is blocked to a lot of countries.
    I need you to tell me what country I should whitelist (grant access to so you can log in and help me with this video embed issue)
    Please help as this is critical now..

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update.

    We adjusted the youtube url format. Please take note of that format (see private field). You may also need to update the theme to version 4.4. It comes with with the video background fix but the current one should play normally now.
