    Hi,

    I had a Flaticon Icon Font zip file in an Enfold site and then needed to add a few more icons to the file, so I removed the font file and went back into the Iconfont Manger in Enfold Theme Options and uploaed the new Zip File with the new icons added. However, the 4 new icons are not visible. They appear to show up as empty boxes, like they are there, but unavailable. I’ve tried clearing the cache at the host, to no avail.

    Do you have any suggestions on what I can do?

    Hey Eleina,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    It is possible that the new icons are not compatible with the Iconfont Manager. Would you mind providing a link to the icon set? Please note that only monocolored icon sets are accepted in the manager.

    I can’t really provide a link. I create the collection in Flaticon and then I download the collection using “Icon Font” for the download type. All of the icons are black as I am aware you cannot use colored icons. I have a zip file of the iconfont file, which has been uploaded to the backend of the site. Could be there are too many icons?

    Have you tried uploading the new icons as a separate set? Please share the icon font file so that we can test it on our end and post the login details in the private field.

    Yes, I’ve tried that – and I deleted the old one, have uploaded a couple of times.

    I will place login credentials and a link to the flaticon file below.

    Hi,

    Would you mind uploading the font file on Dropbox? We can’t access the file above without logging in to an email account. Or just provide a link to the font set so that we can download the icons on our end.

    Please note that you can upload multiple set of icons in the manager. You don’t need to delete the existing icon font sets.

    Thanks for your patience and the link to your site, when I check your icons there are no empty boxes, please clear your browser cache and check.
