I tried to import the spa demo, but no images/media imported with the demo making it difficult to modify
August 14, 2018 at 12:03 pm #997043Hey blueunion,
Could you try to import the demo manually to see if that works better? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/initial-theme-setup/#manual-demo-import–xml-file-import-, if not then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.
Best regards,

August 15, 2018 at 2:34 pm #997558Hi blueunion,
Do you have WooCommerce and the booking extension for WooCommerce installed?
Best regards,
VictoriaAugust 18, 2018 at 8:02 pm #998756I only have the WooCommerce installed, the booking extension seems to be for USD249 and I’m not going to use an online booking, so my only concern are the media (photos) but not the booking items, if they can be attached in a compress file and I only have to drop them in media folder that will be helpful to easily modify the theme, otherwise there are no use of the theme
August 18, 2018 at 11:50 pm #998813Hi,
The errors that you were getting above are from having already tried to install the demo and then trying again.
If you have to try a second time you will need to reset the site with a plugin such as WP-Reset
Please try to reset your site, and then extract and import the uploads.zip file I have attached in the Private Content area. It is all of the images for the Spa demo, please upload them as two folders, 2015 & 2016.
Then try using the custom demo installer “spa.xml” at: WordPress > tools > Import
this will allow your site to import the images from your server instead of ours.
After the import, you will need to set the front-page in the theme settings, and set the menu to the correct one. Then if you notice any colors not quite right, you can import the “spa-demo-theme-settings.txt” at: Enfold Theme Options > Import/Export > Import Settings that I have included just in case.
If you would like a hand with this, please include a working admin login & FTP access in the Private Content area. (the details you posted didn’t work for me)Best regards,
Mike -
