    I recently updated to Enfold 3.0.8.
    Prior to importing one of the demo templates I exported the Themes Settings File.
    I imported the (previously exported) Themes Settings File back and none of the original styles imported. In fact, none of my custom CSS is even showing up. All of my widgets have been removed as well. Please help….

    UPDATE: I restored a back-up and updated to 3.0.8 – so the demo settings are no longer associated with the site. I am using a child theme and activated that after the update but I lost all of my widgets from before the update.

    I would like to use your Coming Soon demo, but do not want to run the risk of losing my styles again – so your advice would be appreciated. If you have a solution to my missing widgets, that would be appreciated too!

    Hi Yigit, thank you for your response.
    I have updated my child theme’s function.php file per your instructions.
    I also copied the shortcode to a new test page, however, I’m not sure this is addressing my concern?
    I want to be able to
    1. export my current theme settings
    2. import a new demo
    3. and be able to revert back to my old theme settings – if necessary.
    I’m not sure if these changes will allow me to do that??

    Perhaps I should start a new thread – but my bigger issue is getting my old widget settings back…

    Hi!

    Did you check the Inactive Widgets panel? Yes, you can export the current settings then import a new demo but the new demo will also remove widgets related to the previous demo, and add its own.
