    I’d like to import the setting from a demo as you do for “Importing Theme Settings into a File”.
    I want to import settings like colors, fonts, margins etc. but I don’t want to import photos, articles and theme pages
    I bought the theme enfold but I have a site already active and I do not want to fill it with content not mine

    Hey Belliniphotoart,

    Well, you can have a test server, even on your local machine, have the theme installed there and import the demo you want. Export theme settings and import to your website.

    I would keep the settings file, reset the local install, copy your live website to local and import theme setting there first, to test it.

    You sold me the theme with the demos. Imust be abile to use it and you should put me in a position to work with

    Which settings do you want to import? If you can’t specify that then it will be difficult to know what you are after.

    Hi Igor,

    You can ditch the attitude if you can’t answer a simple question: which settings do you want to import? We obviously can’t give you anything unless we know what to give you.

    Thanks for that, you are missing one very important piece of information though; from which demo?

    Hi again,

    If you want to import individual pages then you will need to activate debug mode in order to see builder shortcodes: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode. After you have done that then let us know which pages you want to import and we’ll give you the shortcodes for them.
