    If i try to install an imported Theme-Setting-file, I get the message:

    “Could’t import the confg because the server doesn’t respond.”

    BUT: everything else works fine. So, what to do?

    Still waiting for an answer….
    Here is what I found out:

    So obyiously its a bug! Please fix this immediatly.

    Hi Tim,

    I can’t reproduce this problem on a test installation, and we haven’t had any reports that this is not working from other users either. Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

    Hi Rikard,
    you find it in the media-library. But make sure, that you do reload the existing settings after testing, have spend much time with them!
    And also be aware, that I’m using Chrome (OS X).

    Hi paullindqvist,

    Thanks for that. I’m seeing a 500 internal server error on the this WordPress file after I try to upload the file: https://yoursite.se/new/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php. Could you try reaching out to your hosting provider to see why that is please?

    Please open a new thread next time, since it can be a bit confusing helping more than one user in a single thread.

    Hi Tim,

    Thanks for that. Please try to include access to your site in each thread in the future, otherwise we have to spend time on looking through your old threads for login details. Many of our customers also have multiple sites, so it’s difficult for us to know which site to check if you don’t specify it.

    About your problem; I’m not sure if it’s such a good idea to try and import setting on your site, if they are important to you, and if the functionality might not work as expected on your site. Maybe you could create a copy of the site, so that we can try it out there instead?

    I have the same hosting on many of the sites, and i never got this error before when trying to import theme settings ?

    Hi paullindqvist,

    Please ask them why the server is throwing a 500 internal server error, they should be able to check the server logs to see what is going wrong. That server error is very general, so it’s difficult for us to know what could be going wrong with that information only.
