Hello,
I recently purchased the enfold theme and this is my third purchase of your theme for my 3 different projects. I have never faced an issue before with the theme. The process of installing and demo import is super smooth. But don’t know why I am unable to get the same thing to work. Firstly theme was successfully added and then I imported a demo and it started to act very weird and certain features became unavaiable. Some options were turned off from the performance section of enfold theme and then I used a coming soon page and changed my logo, for some reason the logo is not changing.
This has never happened before with the theme, don’t know why it is not loading properly.
Looking forward to a solution. Need a fix for this ASAP!

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

Thanks for that. I can’t see the problem you are describing on my end though, the logo you have uploaded is showing on the front end, and I can’t see any problems under Enfold->Performance. Could you let us know how to reproduce the problem you are having on your end please?

Enfold One-Page Agency: https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-one-page-agency/First, it showed me an error that it wasn’t complete once I logged back in the import had happened but it was all messed up. Without wasting any more time I started off with my development. But you can see that I have moved all the published pages to draft, there you can see how the pages look. Don’t know what went wrong and the layout got messed up and some plugins aren’t working as they were supposed to work.

Thanks, we checked on your site and it seems One Page Agency does look fine except for some images missing, also when you try to import Enfold 2017, it would use settings for Enfold 2017 but when you import One Page Agency it will use as well it’s setting, therefore, the layout would have a bit of change to the Enfold 2017 pages.
The problem on your site is that images are blocked from being imported or just timed out before images are imported.
Can you try to increase Max input time? (you can ask your hosting provider to do this for you)Best regards,
