    Hello,
    I am unable to import a new font (theme options->import/export->custom font manager). The following error message appears: “couldn’t load the font because the server did not respond”. Can you help me fix this?

    Have you uploaded the fonts to your media library? Could you please create temporary admin logins and post them here privately so we can look into it? :)
