    Hi, I’ve made a new wordpress installation and want to import demo “Enfold 2017”.
    But each time I receive “Import didn’t work”
    I’ve tried deactivated plugins, cleaning database with WP reset, changing max_upload_size etc. Tried new wordpress installation as well.

    Please help me install 2017 demo. Thanks.

    I’m using Ultimate WordPress Hosting from Godaddy.
    30 GB SSD storage
    400,000 monthly visitors
    SSH/SFTP access

    Hey tos9ra,
    You are getting

    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error) admin-ajax.php

    I also see you are using PHP Version: 5.6.30
    Ask your host if they can identity the Internal Server Error and also ask to update your PHP to v7

    Hi, I spoke with Godaddy support. They explained that they have a special optimized hosting for WordPress and PHP 7 isn’t available for it.
    As you asked – I’ve requested to identity the Internal Server Error. They don’t see any issues in the log all working fine.
    Is there anything else I can do?

    Hi,

    The 2017 demo is quite large and takes longer to import than the other demo, so it might be going beyond the max execution time and that might be why the server is crashing. Could you ask the host to increase that value temporarily on your server?
