Hi,
I just bought a new license. Impoting the Parallax demo, only import these pages, without images: frontpage, privacy and sample,
I install the theme in 2 ways, from the download area:
:: with the only .zip
:: with the enfold.zip included in the full package (documentacion, installable zip, etc)
All with the same result: Don’t import totally the parallax demo.
What can I do, please.

Thanks for that, but the URL you posted is not valid, and I don’t see a user name either? If possible, then please give us details directly to your WordPress installation, so that we don’t have go through your hosting.

I’m sure you are working hard about my problem. No doubt. I must finish a web in the parallax demo in the next sunday night. In these last days, without loading the full parallax demo, I have not time, so for my, it’s urgent. I dont’ remember if your clients can get support in weekend. If it’s possible resolve this problem, tomorrow, friday, it would be great.

I’m a bit nervous because I don’t have much time and for now, I tried importing enfold2017 and no problem.
I’ll be building the site with the enfold2017 template, but if you could come along and change it to parallax, I’d appreciate it. If the content is lost and I have to start over with parallax, no problem, happy.

Thanks for the link to your webhost “panel” I was able to get into your site and found the “Enfold 2017” in installed and not the “Parallax demo” so if you want to use the Parallax demo you first need to reset the site because you can not install two different demos at once. Please use the WP Reset plugin.
After you reset and install the Parallax demo, please note that it only has one page “frontpage”, the other pages “privacy and sample” is from WordPress.
If the frontpage is not loading please go to the theme settings Enfold Theme Options ▸ Theme Options ▸ Frontpage Settings and ensure the “frontpage” is selected, under that settings is the opeion for the “blog” page, the should be empty or say “select page”, in your case it may say “frontpage” if so this is the conflict, please change.
Then the frontpage will work correctly.Best regards,
