    I’ve downloaded and installed the theme. However, I had assumed that the sample pages would also be installed with the theme. At present there is only 1 sample page.

    I have tried using “Import Demo Files”. However, this appears to import only some formatting settings. Each of the demos infer that either all or a few of the images are included … however, these aren’t being imported either.

    I’m running WordPress 4.6.1 – How do I import the sample pages?

    Hey Bodenbr,

    Please check your hosting php memory limit, make sure it is 256M so the Demo Import can work properly.

    Let us know if we can do anything else for you.

    Hi,

    The memory limit is set to 512M and it’s still isn’t working.

    Any other suggestions?

    Hi,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    Also give us ftp access, so we can also check the files.

    Thanks for the details, what demo are you looking to import? If you want to import individual pages only you can activate debug mode in order to see shortcodes: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/. If that is what you are looking to do then please post links to the pages you want to import and we’ll give you the shortcodes for them.

    simply go to Enfold->”Demo Import” and choose Health Demo to import it.
