    Hello,
    I recently purchase an Enfold license (My 13 license). First, I create a WordPress installation, I upload through FTP the enfold theme and after I finish the install of the WordPress, in the enfold dashboard I see all the Enfold files. In the demo content, I try to import shop demo, but an error message appears. I try again and again, I reload the page, nothing.
    The only difference from previous installations, I think is the version of WordPress 5.3 and the new PHP version.
    The first “defense” in previous Enfold installations, is the Hosting settings. First, I check the settings and always I try to “Max” the settings.
    So I call my Hosting Service Company (Papaki) and the final results, I read it from Plesk environment :
    But nothing happens. Could you please help me. I would like to have a demo for a client asap.

    Hey AngelAsim,
    I can try to help, Please include an admin login & FTP access in the Private Content area, as this is a new install I assume that I can reset the install if I feel it is necessary? Sometimes this is necessary after a failed attempt.
