I have saved some templates in the avia layout builder locally. how can i import it to my live website?

Hey shalenie,
If you enable debug mode in order to display builder shortcodes: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/, then you can copy/paste the shortcode from your local install to the live one.
